Hi there, I’m Letizia Ghisletta
If I had to define myself with one word, I’d say that I am a multi-passionate!
I don’t like boxes, I see the world in its multilayered nature and I celebrate the interdisciplinary aspect of my life.
I’m a multidisciplinary creative and facilitator, living life on my own terms and helping others do the same.
I bring together life coaching, mindfulness, yoga, design thinking, philosophy, and creativity—everything that connects me to being human.
Born in a small town in southern Switzerland, I’ve always had a love for learning. Over time, I realised that curiosity and a hunger for new experiences have been the fil rouge—the common thread—running through my life.
I still remember friends saying, “Another thing?” whenever I shared my latest passion. For years, I tried to invalidate my nature as a multipassionate, believing I couldn’t truly excel at anything unless I focused on just one thing.
I spent a long time trying to separate my interests, hoping it would help me make sense of my life.
Now, I’ve found a way to express all of my passions—and I want others to experience that same sense of freedom.
TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING
I help ambitious, creative, and multitalented people design vibrant, fulfilling lives—blending coaching, design thinking, mindfulness, and interdisciplinary creativity.
With hundreds of hours coaching across business, relationships, creativity, and leadership, I specialise in supporting those who refuse to be boxed in. My work is for multipassionate, “unboxable” people who want to live in a fluid, hybrid way—honouring every side of themselves, without overwhelm.
My approach combines transformational and career coaching, wisdom from Tantric, yogic, and Buddhist traditions, and a genuine love for crossing boundaries between disciplines. I help you tap into your resilience and inner resources, so you can trust your own unique path.
Trained with Landmark Worldwide, Co-Active, and the MOE Foundation, I’m also completing a Master’s in Songwriting—often working with creatives and multitalented individuals who want to embrace their complexity and create a life that’s as fluid and multidimensional as they are.
YOGA
I’ve completed over 2,000 hours of yoga training and taught more than 1,500 hours of classes, focusing on heart-centred Hatha and Vinyasa with an emphasis on presence and the power of breath. My teaching weaves in philosophy, pranayama, kriya, meditation (mainly Non-dual Saiva Tantra), Yoga Nidra, and mantra. I value self-empowered embodiment and alignment, and I always invite students to find ease and trust their inner guidance.
Inspired by teachers from traditions including Krishnamacharya, Anusara, Non-dual Saiva Tantra, and Sivananda, I have a deep love for philosophy and Bhakti Yoga and completed a Kirtan teacher training with Nikki Slade and an immersive training with Christopher Hareesh Wallis. I also studied basic Sanskrit at SOAS, Vedic chanting with Lucy Crisfield.
To me, yoga is coming home: a return to the ocean of presence and awareness within.
DESIGN THINKING
I have been working as an experienced designer for the last 10 years. As an interdisciplinary practitioner, I weave my design thinking experience into my coaching experience. Because of my experience in design and tech, I often work with people working in this sector.
MUSIC
With a degree in composition and vocals, music has been part of my entire life. In particular, songwriting is the creative practice I always come back to. I have recently completed a Master’s in Songwriting with distinction and received a scholarship to study on another MA in Creative Music Production, which I aim to complete in August 2026.
